We started J9 Systems because too many good businesses were stuck with software that did not fit them, a website nobody could find, and AI that could not actually do anything for them. We fix all three.
Most business software is built for the "average" company. The problem is, no one runs an average company. Your business has its own way of doing things, its own pain points, and its own customers. When you try to force all of that into generic software, you end up with workarounds, sticky notes, and a team that spends more time managing tools than doing actual work.
That is the systems side. But we also saw something else. Every one of these businesses had people using AI in a browser tab on the side, pasting in context, explaining the business from scratch every single time, and getting back an answer they still had to go act on themselves. The AI could not see their data, it could not do anything, and it helped one person at a time.
